Sanchez and Associates is a Surveying and Engineering firm established in 2005 by Gerardo P. Sanchez, P.L.S..
Sanchez and Associates implements all the latest and advanced state of the art surveying technology from aerial LiDAR drones, to robotic total stations, to terrestrial and aerial laser scanners. If there is any new technology, we are using it.
We are fully licensed and insured, MBE and DBE Certified design firm that provides a complete range of land surveying and construction verification services to our clients in the private, commercial and government sectors. With our experience and capabilities there isn’t anything we can’t do, which means high quality data, and fast and on-time project delivery.
